“United by Values”
learning format
Intensive
This is a five‑day immersion into values. It helps educators lead meaningful conversations with children about values, about the importance of dialogue, why everyone’s experience is different, and the pathways that lead us toward unity. You can expect:
- Five learning days, each dedicated to a specific value;
- Materials from the project’s methodologists;
- Support from the curator circle and the educator community;
- Exchange of experiences and practices for fostering dialogue, mutual understanding, and inner resilience;
- Certification.
The best way to discover the impact of the intensive is through the voices of those who have already completed it — read the reflections shared by our participants.
To earn a 17‑hour certificate, participants must conduct a mini‑intensive for their fellow educators (not necessarily hosted within their home institution) following the peer‑to‑peer principle.
After completing the mini‑intensive, colleagues who participated also gain access to 5‑hour certification.

How we learn
The programme is built on a modular structure, allowing each module to be delivered across an unlimited number of groups (cohorts). You can easily adapt it to your context and to the level of preparation of your participants.
1. Explore
We get acquainted with the topic through stories, sources, and context.
2. Discuss
We reflect together on what we’ve seen, ask questions, and share thoughts.
3. Act
We complete tasks — first experiencing them as learners, and then mastering how to apply these methods as educators.
4. Share
We share results, integrate the methods into our work, and pass them on.
The programme can be completed in full or you can choose individual modules.
Materials for your work
The project materials are divided into three areas: research, creative, and methodological. We collect stories from people with different experiences of war to reinterpret them through the values identified in our research and bring them together in a literary collection. Based on this collection, we will develop methodological guidelines for fostering constructive dialogue in the educational process.
Collection
Stories, testimonies, and materials from different regions of Ukraine.
Methodological guidelines
Practical tips and tools for working with different audiences.
